At Midwest Family Care, our mission is to build an intergenerational community of care through education, advocacy, and support. We work with clients and with families throughout all stages of their long-term care journeys.
Every family has a history, and every client has a story.
Our caregivers help with a variety of household and personal tasks but they also provide valuable social engagement and interaction. The client/caregiver bond is strong, and caregivers become consistent, friendly fixtures in the lives of individuals and of loved ones.
This continued, face-to-face interaction serves as an extra set of eyes and ears to alert family members of declining health, changes in behavior, and slips and falls.
Home care services add an extra level of activity, comfort, and safety in the home. Our professionally trained caregivers assist with a variety of tasks in and out of the home:
• Meal preparation
• Light housework
• Chronic conditions Management
• Transitional care
• Care coordination
• Errand running
We are available to assist our clients 24-hours a day, 7-days-a-week. You can feel confident knowing your loved ones are not alone. Essentially, Midwest Family Care empowers your loved ones to remain engaged, connected, and independent.
